Maxis launched it's first lowest commitment plan on the industry. Value First, which monthly commitment fee is RM30, consists of RM15 fix monthly fee and RM15 usage rebate.

Believe this is to counter strike the postpaid subscription lost due to MNP and to migrate Hotlink low usage user to the starter plan of postpaid.
It's the most affordable plan till date and better than Celcom Executive 20 and DiGi I Love Easy DG20 plan.
DiGi charges RM0.20 voice call rate and RM0.15 SMS rate flat to any network, whereby Maxis charges RM0.18 onnet and RM0.20 off net voice call arte and RM0.10 SMS flat to any networks.
However the fine print are:-

| * | Talk time rebate is given up to RM15 per month & rebate excludes Value Extra & roaming charges |
| * | No supplementary line allowed. |
