BHPetrol & Esso/Mobil no go?

This is my Standard Chartered Bank Debit Mastercard.

Nice design.

I use it mostly for pumping petrol since it's promotion of 7% rebate on petrol purchased anywhere at Malaysia. However the card is being rejected by the pump island credit card verification at BHPetrol & Esso/Mobil. Have highlighted to Stanchar but no resolution yet.

Anyone faces the same problem?
